Manzanita

This was one of those projects that reminded us exactly why we love what we do. The home had such great bones, but it was waiting for a fresh vision to truly shine. We reimagined the 1960’s layout with some bold architectural changes, expanding the home from three bedrooms and two bathrooms to four bedrooms with a master suite and four and a half bathrooms. We also carved out space for a second family room and a dedicated laundry room downstairs, creating areas that feel both practical and deeply livable. The new floor plan opens up the flow, allowing the spaces to feel more connected and inviting.

Outside, we gave the façade and grounds a complete makeover, transforming the curb appeal so the home now greets you with the presence it always deserved.
